Together On Purpose Inc. is a Southwest Florida-based nonprofit transforming lives at the intersection of post-incarceration, addiction recovery, and youth empowerment. Our mission is to empower justice-involved individuals, women in recovery, and under-resourced youth through personal growth, workforce training, life coaching, and community connection.

We exist because the need is urgent. Nearly 70% of returning citizens are rearrested within three years. At the same time, our region faces a skilled labor shortage, limited recovery housing for women, and a lack of structured mentorship for youth. These challenges are deeply connected — and so is our response.

Our holistic approach includes four core programs: reentry and recovery coaching for adults, certification-based workforce development, sober living and life skills for women, youth empowerment initiatives like our SWFL Grads Trunk Fest, and life coaching that helps adults navigate personal and professional transformation. These programs don’t just support — they empower. We walk alongside individuals as they move from incarceration to gainful employment, addiction to stability, and isolation to purpose.
