Our Core Values

Grow Business Network meets weekly to bring substantial value to one another’s lives and businesses through measurable acts of service, encouragement, friendship and education. It just so happens that we also give very valuable referrals.

There are 5 ways we add substantial value to one another’s business.

Attendance

Attending the weekly meetings brings value to yourself and others around you. Being present encourages those on your team with an attitude that says “I am here for you, what can I do to help your business”.

Presentations

Each team member will have the opportunity to present their business at least once a year. The presentation is 10 – 15 minutes with time for questions. We feel this helps team mates understand what they do and what is a good referral for you.

One on Ones

Each member commits to doing at least 1 one on one per month. Like presentations, this helps team mates understand what you do and what is a good referral, but also builds camaraderie.

Recognition

Each team will has a Recognition Leader that will helps reward the following you for your years of service to the network, amount of referrals given and the number of guests you bring

Referrals

All of this is great, but referrals help fuel revenue for your business.

1. I will Have Fun (participate joyfully)

2. I will give my full attention to the 10 minute weekly presenter, seek to understand other business owners’ perfect clients and find ways to encourage one another.

3. I will attend my teams weekly meetings (75% attendance is required)

4. I will send a substitute to my meeting if I can not attend.

I agree to membership fees and the Team Commitment stated above. If I am not meeting the Team Commitments which are spelled out more specifically in the “Terms of Service,” leadership has the right to terminate my membership without refund. Annual membership dues will renew automatically unless leadership is notified before renewal date.
