Grow Business Network meets weekly to bring substantial value to one another’s lives and businesses through measurable acts of service, encouragement, friendship and education. It just so happens that we also give very valuable referrals.
ATTENDANCE
Attending the weekly meetings brings value to yourself and others around you. Being present encourages those on your team with an attitude that says “I am here for you, what can I do to help your business”.
PRESENTATIONS
Each team member will have the opportunity to present their business at least once a year. The presentation is 10 – 15 minutes with time for questions. We feel this helps team mates understand what they do and what is a good referral for you.
ONE ON ONES
Each member commits to doing at least 1 one on one per month. Like presentations, this helps team mates understand what you do and what is a good referral, but also builds camaraderie.
RECOGNITION
Each team has a Recognition Leader that helps reward you for your years of service to the network, amount of referrals given and the number of guests you bring
