WHAT TO BRING

You are responsible for bringing your own:

• 6-foot table
• Up to two chairs
• Table covering and display materials
• Business cards, brochures, giveaways, and promotional materials
• Extension cord and tape if you require electricity

Each vendor space accommodates one 6-foot table and two chairs, unless you are a sponsor who has purchased additional space.

ELECTRICITY

Power is available through outlets located in the center of the floor, but access is limited and not guaranteed.

If you require electricity, please arrive early so we can try to place you near an available outlet. You must bring your own extension cord and tape to safely secure it.

Extension cords cannot run across any public walkways.

MALL RULES

Please remember:

• No open flames
• No generators
• No live animals

Do NOT block the entrance of any store.

The Naples Business Expo is designed to give you a great opportunity to promote your business, showcase your products and services, and connect with hundreds of local business professionals and attendees.

One final request: Please review the entrance picture and these instructions before arriving. On the day of the Expo, I will be extremely busy coordinating setup and may not be able to answer calls or texts giving directions.

Vendor Set Up Instructions

Thank you for being a vendor at the Naples Business Expo! We’re excited to have you join us. Please review these important setup instructions before the event.

📍 Coastland Center Mall – Naples
📍 Located directly in front of Macy’s
🕝 Vendor Setup Begins: 2:30 PM
🕓 Expo Hours: 4:00–7:00 PM

IMPORTANT – ENTERING THE MALL

Please DO NOT bring your tables, chairs, or materials through Macy’s.

There are two side entrances that lead directly into the mall. Your best option is the entrance next to the parking garage, which is indicated in the attached picture.
